There are thousands of books, classes and opinions on how to manage a project and why effective project management and planning are crucial. At Sharpe Engineering, we have worked with a wide variety of clients and projects since 1994. We’ve worked with various teams and structures to get projects completed successfully. Some projects require sophisticated means of tracking and reporting and some are much simpler. All that said, there are some absolutes that need to be controlled.
Our role within projects is to maintain and control the SCOPE, SCHEDULE & BUDGET. The Project Management role spans the entire life of a project and can include:
